Eldora

Boulder's home mountain — 21 miles up Boulder Canyon, on the Ikon Pass, and the anti-megaresort experience that's still day-trippable.

Conditions report — Eldora

Local guide

Eldora's elevation (9,200–10,600 ft) and Front Range exposure means snow can be wind-affected, especially on Corona Bowl. The trees and lower-mountain runs hold snow quality best. Storm tracks from the west deliver Eldora's biggest dumps — easterly upslopes can pile fresh snow on the foothills.

All blues and most blacks groomed nightly. Corona Bowl, glades, and tree runs left natural.
